Is your dog home alone? Chewing the furniture or barking at the neighbours?
Regular exercise and mental stimulation can help prevent unwanted behaviours. But finding someone you trust to look after your dog while you are at work can be difficult.
I found it hard to trust anyone else with my beloved (but wayward!) pooch. That’s why I set up Doggy Adventures – a place where dogs health and happiness come first and they are part of the family. Through training, respect and love we build dogs confidence to go on off lead adventures!
My current dog Mylo was a reactive rescue who had missed vital socialisation. He was feral, he couldn't walk on a lead. He lunged, barked and wanted to bite any dog he saw as a threat. After rescuing him, I threw myself into training him and we both taught each other so much. I saved him, and in return he saved me – he got me through some tough times and together we have an inseparable bond.
Most dog owners feel the same, that’s why at Doggy Adventures we treat every dog as we would our own. They are members of the family. Through our structured walk system we provide adventure and enrichment for our dogs. So they are physically and mentally tired, ready for cuddles when you come home.
